Volunteer for the 2010 Season

So you thought is was all about coming and watching baseball? We're up to much more than that. Our Volunteers are an elite group of individuals that help participate in the game, make special events happen and heighten the baseball experience for the Laramie community.

We're all over this baseball thing and watch for new exciting things to happen this year. Be a part of the 2010 season by volunteering for one of the many activities below. Most of all come to the games and see the excitement of the baseball season.

bulletHost Families

We will need to house nearly three dozen athletes and staff for the season. Hosting a team member involves some time and commitment, but also realize with their busy schedule of games, they are not around as much as a family member. Team members arrive the last week in May and the season is over the first week in August (when we win another title!). If you are interested in talking to us more about being a host family, contact us below and we'll discuss the details. It's a lot of fun and you get a chance to become much more involved with the game.

bulletStaff at the Park

We use about 8-10 volunteers to make each game run smoothly and have a lot of fun. Almost all of our park staff is volunteer and everything from the mascot "Hero" to the staff throwing out free T-Shorts when we score runs can become a chance for you to become part of the game. It's not just players on the field that have fun, our staff has the inside track for fun baseball.

Behind the scenes our staff is working to secure volunteers, organize trips for the team on off game days and put together the backbone for the organization. Lots of opportunities are available to help us out during your spare time and still sit and enjoy the game at the park.
